As multiple pandemics challenge our communities, we wish you continued health and wellbeing. Below, we ask you to share responses to several personal and intimate questions. The short qualitative survey includes six questions about your experiences and needs during the pandemic, and how you feel we can best promote dialogue about the pressing issues facing Philadelphia, the world, and the cloud.
