Clients are responsible for hiring their own caterers. All Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board laws must be observed. Clients, or their insurer, are responsible for all damages incurred to the space. Contact us to determine whether your function will require a certificate of liability and property insurance.

For those providing a certificate of liability and property insurance, the policy must be in the amount of $500,000 for bodily injury and $500,000 for property damage, and read: "Slought Foundation is named additional insured under this policy." The certificate must show evidence of Comprehensive Liability, Blanket Contractual Liability, Personal Injury Liability, and, if alcoholic beverages will be served, Host Liquor Liability.

If you are not insured or a certificate cannot be procured by the date of your event, you will be personally and immediately responsible for any damages incurred to the facility. A supplemental rental deposit may also be required.
