What should we serve at our soirée?

Slought opened on October 18, 2002 with a special soirée featuring soda water and stuffed grape leaves.

As we approach our 11.5th birthday soirée, we seek your suggestions for food and drink to serve. The only requirement is that it begin with the letter "s" and be sweet, spicy, or savory.

Mixologist Eben Klemm serves the "Excess Story," Slought's signature drink, to attendees of the 2010 Convening of the Creative Capital | Warhol Foundation Arts Writers Program.

It features sweet vermouth, simple syrup, and other spirits, which are shaken, stirred and strained.
